ever wondered whiose life is easy...grass is always greener on the other side..same holds true in our case too...for us others life is easy and ours is tough...we dont count our blessings easily...so every time i feel i am in deep abyss..i start counting things that i have which are better than others...like i have my own identity...an engineering degree...a caring husband and sweet little daughter..loving family..then things start happenning in positive direction... yes life is tough but issi me to maza hai..raat na ho to subah kise achchi lagegi...sardi ki kadkadato thand ke baat halki basant ka gunguna dhoop hi dil ko gadgadata hai...so go ahead...keep on doing ur job...dont forget god always has his own plans...woh task bhi ussi ko deta hai jo usse fulfill kar sake

time is flying past...days are running by...dreams may land me into despair sometimes ...i have so many things to do that prioratizing them is still a big question?

I LOVE MY FATHER. NOT A NEW STATEMENT AS MOST OF US SAY THIS. BUT MINE IS A DIFFERENT CASE. I LOVE AND ADMIRE MY FATHER. HE IS MY IDOL...MY ICON...MY INSPIRATION...

EVERY GR8 PERSON HAS A HUMBLE BEGINNING AND MY FATHER TOO HAD A VERY SIMPLE BEGINNING. ONE OF NINE CHILDREN OF A BUS DRIVER , HIS LIFE STARTED IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE THERE WERE LIMITED MEANS....STUDIES AND EDUCATION WAS PRIVILEGE OF THE RICH BUT BEING A BRIGHT STUDENT HE CUD STUDY UPTO CLASS FIVE ON TEACHERS' INSISTENCE. THEN GRANPA GOT HIM TO WORK AS A HELP AT TAILOR SHOP WITH A VIEW TO MAKE MY FATHER A TAILOR BUT DESTINY HAD OTHER PLANS...

ONE DAY WHEN MY DAD WAS WORKING IN THE SHOP, GRANPAS' FREND NOTICED HIM AND ASK MY GRANPA TO ALLOW MY FATHER TO STUDY FURTHER.

-yours is a bright child..why get him into tailoring business?

-but where will the money come from?

SO MY FATHER STARTED HIS STUDIES AGAIN . HE EARNED MONEY BY TEACHING COLONY KIDS IN EVENING...THAT WAY HE COMPLETED HIS DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING...FOURTH TOPPER OF HIS BATCH...LANDED JOB WHEN IN COLLEGE ONLY...

WORKED HARD ALL HIS LIFE FOR HIS SIX CHILDREN .. HE MADE SURE THAT WE HAD EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR. HIS 5 CHILDREN ARE ENGINEERS AND ONE IS DOCTOR.

ELDEST-CIVIL ENGINEER, NEXT-DOCTOR, NEXT-MECHANICAL ENGINEER, THEN I AM AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, NEXT-MCA and the youngest of all is pursuing DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE.

MY FATHJER USED TO SAY WE WILL COMPROMISE ON FOOD AND CLOTHES BUT NOT ON EDUCATION. HIS SPIRIT GOT US GOING. HE HAS BEEN A GR8 MOTIVATOR AND HAS MADE US EXCEL ....

FOR THINGS WHICH R UNKNOWN!!!

there are certain things which happen accidentally and u have no clue as to how they happened. u call up a gr8 frend(someone u have been with for years) and u find that he/she refuses to talk...u never know why it happened...what caused this sudden break up....u feel so helpless ... so astonished???/...and so deeply pained...

u wonder if this pain is for u to feel alone or the other person is also loathing this sudden travesty of fate.....u wonder for sometime...then slowly you give up....then u forget all about the frend and his lost frendship...instead there is anger...a deep sense of humiliation at being thrown away from someones life like that...U NO LONGER CRAVE TO TALK OR MEET BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE QUESTION BOTHERING UR HEART AND SOUL....WHY IT HAPPENED? WHAT IS THE REASON?


UNFORTUNATELY U WILL NEVER KNOW COZ U WILL NEVER TALK....

DIE ANOTHER DAY?

i know the blog world is big and there are many who are using it to post their views..i have created this blog to vent out my innermost feelings and reactions ...

the first social evil that i want to strongly oppose and eradicate is dowry system preavalent in north india..it is a real big shame on face of india which treats women as objects and belittles them.

whether u r educated or not..earning or not..young or old..from a wealthy family or poor...these criteria are tested but above all for a marriage to get fixed the girl side has to pay hefty amount as dowry ..girl side is treated as inferiors ..and tey have to be up on their toes to cater to demands of the boy and his family...

what is the root of this malaise?is there any way out? is anybody listening? is anybody thinking about it?

CAN WE DO SOMETHING TO ERADICATE IT COMPLETELY?
